Most brides arrive 1-2 hours before their wedding. If you have a caterer, they may schedule their arrival ahead of you for set up. We are here to assist you as needed.

- Complete the registration form
- Approve/sign the contract
- Pay the deposit fee.
- Hire your caterer, photographer, & Officiant.
- Get your dresses and tuxedos ordered.
- Send out your save the date invitations

- Order invitations & RSVP cards.
- Order direction cards if needed.
- Choose favors and send off.
- Choose unity ritual for ceremony.
- Finalize menu with caterer.
- Choose flowers and cake.

- Mail invitations and require RSVP cards.
- Purchase guest book, cake knife, tableware, ect…
- Plan Floral Centerpiece, Buffet Setup, Candy Buffet and Bartender
- Choose and submit music for ceremony & reception.
- Finalize décor colors with venue.
